Congress Admits They Have The Best Health Insurance Available.
Do You?  If Not, Why Not?
Health Care Legislation I Will Propose Within 60 Days of Taking
Office:

  • Mandate insurance companies covering federal employees develop a similar program
for working uninsured.  The program would provide similar coverage with a maximum
of 10% higher premium.  The Plan would Include Coverage for Major and
    Catastrophic Illness Coverage.

  • Stop forcing Retirees from joining Medicare when the reach 65 and have insurance
benefits from their Company.   Why should a person who has worked and received
insurance benefits from their company be mandated to join Medicare.  Many retirees
have retirement insurance plans through the same companies that provide Medicare.
There is no logical explanation why this insurance burden should be transferred from
the Employer to you, the taxpayer.  This simple procedure would save you the tax
    payer millions.

  • Mandate Insurance Companies State In Simple To Understand Language What Is
and Is Not Covered.  And such coverage be the same as offered in their brochures.

  • That Insured persons have the right to add one non-conforming person to their policy
and pay the difference. In other words if a single person wanted to add an adult child,
a sibling, parent or other person they would be allowed to.  However, they must willing
to pay the difference i.e by joining a family or other option plan..

  • Require Insurance Companies to Pay Bills To All Authorized Service Providers Within
60 Days of Billing.  If Not There will Be A Penalty on The Insurer.  If the matter goes
to Collection because the insurance company did not pay timely, the penalty will
    triple.
                                       ....and a lot more....
A Message From Faye

Solving America's Health and Health Insurance Crisis is Not That Difficult. It is so simple it will actually
not impact negatively on insurance companies.  In fact, it will add millions of customers to their base.
It will, however,  make them responsible for their action.    All We have to do is treat every working
citizen as if they were a member of Congress.  This may sound radical but stop and think about it for a
moment.  We have all been told health insurance is based upon the number of employees.  The larger
the number the lower the premium.  Here is my plan:

  • A separate program would be developed for Working Uninsured Workers who were uninsured as
of 3 November 2008,  This program would use the insurance companies which currently
cover government workers and Medicare recipients.   The program would offer health
insurance to participants at a rate of 10% above what government employees are paying.  The
benefits would be approximately 10% less.

  • Employers would be required to pay the same percentage the government pays as their
    contribution.

You are probably asking
what will prevent businesses from dropping their insurance plans and
forcing their workers into this program.  Once again it is simple - - If an employer was providing
insurance on 3 September 2008,
the amount of the employer's contribution to their insurance
plan will be their fee in my plan.

                                               KEEP  IT SIMPLY SIMPLE
